As part of MCA’s commitment to Christ-centered intellectual education we provide a STEM Robotics Club for 4th-12th Grades. Our club is open to all who apply and has equal opportunity to participate with their peers. We encourage and will provide support for any student with disabilities, IEP, ILP, section 504 plan or service plans to the maximum extent possible. The club uses VEX Robotics™ kits, tools, and software to learn from a team of coaches with a combined 70 years of engineering, mechanical, and science experience. As of 2023 we have partnered with TechPoint Foundation for youth having received a startup grant for our newly added High School Robotics Team!

The club meets every week during the VEX robotics™ competition season and competes at multiple events that lead up to a state and world competition! During the 2021-2022 season the Elementary team made state and got invited to the worlds competition! This is a great early resume and college enrollment builder providing students with the skills and recognition to advance in a competitive world.
*Sponsor Opportunity* Robotics is expensive! Your club fee is a small part of what goes into the total cost of having a STEM program. Sponsors will get to place their logo on our team shirts, website, logo space on the cart and box we carry the robots in the pits and on stage, and regional and national attention at the state and world competition. Watch some videos of Vex competitions on Youtube and you will see how much visibility you could be getting with your sponsorship! It’s bigger than you think!
