Thanks to the PTF’s fundraising, our Library received and ‘Extreme Makeover’ during the summer of 2008!
We have over 6,000 volumes in the 2nd-8th library and around 1,000 volumes in the K & 1st library. Because of our parents’ support through the Scholastic Book Fair the numbers continue to increase!!!
Each class (K-5th) has a specific library day/time. The Junior High have library time during their homeroom (3:00-3:25) Monday-Thursday.
We have a contest between the 1st-5th grade classes to see which class has the most weeks of perfect returns. At the end of the year 1st-5th grade students with perfect attendance and returns receive the P.A.R. award (Perfect Attendance and Returns).
